Carlo is an excellent real estate professional. We looked at a lot of properties before we made our decision. This process took over two years and during which time we chased an unsuccessful short sale which really tested his perseverance. The short sale was seemingly simple at the beginning but took a complicated turn for the worse as the Seller not only was defaulting on her mortgage but to the IRS as well. In total we spent from October 2012 to July 2013 chasing this property and Carlo was really diligent and positive at every step.
